About Pill Protect

Pill protect's solutions use a specially perforated paper which covers the usual foil lidding on standard blister packs.  This makes the surface harder to break, increasing the difficulty for children to access the medication whilst still being weak enough to allow access by senior citizens.

All of our solutions are fully compliant with BS8404 and EN14375 and therefore with UK and European legislative requirements. 

In May 2006 Pill protect was acquired by AIM listed Avid Holdings plc, giving it access to the funding required to invest in development projects that will enable the company's growth.
